Mobikwik gives Promo Balance of Rs. 200, Rs. 2500, Rs. 5000, Rs. 10000 to some users. On what basis I don't know but I got Rs. 2500. This money is used for referral purpose for new number in order to add new users to Mobikwik.
You can send Rs. 10 from Promo balance to a new user and when he Sign-Ups using that number and accepts that money then you will get Rs. 10 on your Main Account and that user also gets Rs. 10 in his Main Account. If you have Rs. 2500 Promo balance means you can invite 250 new users and you will get same no of Rs. 10 when they accept the money.
