You can easily make a partition in your Hard-disk using Windows Disk Management Property. No need of using any other software or programs. Only some easy steps you have to go for making partition in your hard-disk whether it is in laptop or desktop. I am explaining you just follow the instructions and you will be easily able to do this.
> Right Click on My Computer
> Go to Manage
> Now go to Disk Management
> Here you will see all the partition you have in your Hard-disk
> Just Right Click on the Partition in which you want to make more partition or Choose the partition which has largest size
> Right Click and Choose Shrink option
> Enter the amount of Space you want to Shrink
> Now Click on Shrink (Sometimes it has some limited value for Shrink because of fragmentation)
> After Shrink has completed it will show unallocated space
> Now this is the final step. Right Click on unallocated space Choose New Simple Volume, Give the letter and finish.
Now you have gone through complete process and you have just created a new partition using Windows disk management system.
