Starting with Virtual Box

If you want to learn a new operating system like Ubuntu, Fedora, or any other Linux or you want to play with Windows files by doing some alterations then you should go for Virtual box. You can easily learn by installing different Linux OS's on Virtual box. You may feel an irritation when you install Ubuntu as second operating system on your hard drive. You can practice on Ubuntu using Virtual box because it provides same conditions as it were real.

In other Conditions if you play with windows files installed on your main hard drive then it may cause some time removal or alteration of windows file that may lead your system to unbootable condition.
To use Virtual Box Just Install Virtual Box on your system. you can download the set-up by using Google. After the installation follow the steps given below :



> Click on the New.
> Give your Operating system Name, Type and Version.
> Allot the RAM. Should be greater than recommended value.
> Choose Create a Virtual Drive Option.
> Choose the Hard Drive file Type. (anyone)
> Choose Dynamically Allocated.
> Give the file location and Size and Create.
> After that it will be created and will show Powered Off.
> Now mount the cd/dvd of OS in windows which you want to install in Virtual Box.
> After that double click on the OS you created and it will ask for Virtual drive to boot the system in Virtual box.
> See the Drive letter in Windows and Choose it as Virtual drive in Virtual Box. Now you can complete installation easily and Start the OS. It will run normally.
