A new update has been released MIUI V9.2.4.0 NAMMIEK for Redmi 4 on 10th Feb 2018. My device Redmi 4 was running MIUI Global 9.2 Stable V9.2.3.0 NAMMIEK then I received the aforesaid update notification it was about 98 MB mentioning System : Optimization-Improved Stability (02-09) and I updated my device to this update and till now I haven't faced any problem in device after this update.
No failure was occurred during this update. Just go to System update and update your device to latest update for Improved Stability.
