I got a Shopperstop Voucher of Rs. 500, Since I don't have Shopperstop oulet nearby so I wanted to sell it online so that I can buy another brand voucher.
I listed my Shopperstop Voucher on www.nafa.in for selling on 19.01.2019 and it got approved for selling. Very soon the voucher was sold and fund was credited in my nafa account as nafa balance. I tried to buy another voucher using this balance but I was unable to buy the same. So I tried to withdraw the nafa balance in the form of Flipkart gift voucher and request was accepted on 29.01.2019.
When I didn't receive my Flipkart gift voucher, I contacted to Nafa on facebook page but got no response. Tried their whatsapp number still got no response. and Emailed query on their support email several times still didn't get any response till today 05.03.2019. The status is still showing in process.
My experience with www.nafa.in was very bad. I would never recommend anyone to use this app/website for gift card purchase or sell and Be careful because it is possible that you loose enough amount of money to save a little bit.
