In Mi Phones when you create dual app of any app, dual Google Play services app is auto created due to support that app because Google Play services app is essential app to run all apps which requires internet. but the problem occurs when you remove the dual app of that app and the dual Google Play services still exist.
The logic behind this is, Google play services is required by almost all apps and when you remove a single dual app, Play services is still available to support another dual app. To remove the dual Play services completely you must remove all the dual apps completely and then restart your phone and dual Google Pay Services will no longer be available.
